Throughout my childhood I had a deep longing to travel the world and one day live in the Wilderness! I was 20 years old when I decided to leave Minnesota, and head out on my first adventure to Alaska.

I lived in Alaska for 8 years and through out my 20's I traveled to 17 different counties. I had many experiences and dreams come true, following my passion to see and learn from other cultures!

At the end of my 20's I started feeling like it was time to put some roots in the ground and wanted to create a life of working with passion and make some visions happen.

That's when leather spoke to me, and I heard a voice saying "hey, why not try and take a class on how to make leather shoes!" 

That's when my former partner and I studied from William Shannor and created a successful Leather business called "Alkahest Leather". After 10 years of sweat, many tears, and fun times on the road doing art shows, festivals and fairs, we eventually settled down in Wallowa county.

I am now on a solo adventure with art, creativity, and my dog named Stella! "LiminaL Leather" is where my newest leather adventure begins. 
 

I have fallen in love and feel inspired living so close to wilderness.

The landscapes and Nature sing to me, lifting my soul every day giving me a sense of belonging and the yearning to create that feeling in every piece I make.
